DEXERYL duo emollient cream soothes and protects very dry skin (xerosis) and is suitable for dermatological conditions such as atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis and radiotherapy-induced erythema. Formulated for all ages, including newborns, the fragrance-free, paraben-free formula helps restore the skin barrier and reduce discomfort from itching and tightness.

The cream combines a film-forming effect from vaseline and liquid paraffin to limit water loss and shield skin from external irritants, while glycerol provides targeted moisturization to support hydration.
